Join us for a sampling of fantastic craft beers and specialty cheeses, and mingle with brewers and attendees of the Great Lakes Water Conservation Workshop, held in downtown Rochester, NY. This tasting is open to the public, and features craft beers from attending breweries, including Custom BrewCrafters, Great Lakes Brewing Co., High Falls Brewing, Ithaca Beer Co., Ommegang, Rohrbach, Saranac, Victory Brewing and more. Artisan cheeses include New York's Yancey's and Wisconsin's Carr Valley Cheese Co. and more. Appetizers from the famous Wegmans catering. The event starts at 5 PM, and includes displays from sponsor Briggs of Burton USA, maker of brewing equipment for more than 200 years since its founding in Burton-on-Trent UK.
