A two-day conference in support of the Great Lakes and water conservation, for craft brewers, cheese makers, policy makers and allied industry.

Register online, using PayPal, or via check.
Checks should be made payable to F&B Communications LLC.

If a weather event, declared emergency or disaster prevents the conference from taking place, no refunds are available. If the conference is cancelled by F&B Communications LLC for a reason other than those stated above, your full registration will be refunded. By registering for the conference, you agree to the terms above, and to observe the rules of the businesses: Madison Concourse Hotel, Cedar Grove Cheese Co., and Capital Brewery (tour sites).
